There's at least tens of thousands of sites that deal with SEO. It's not our job to figure to which of them would suit you and allow you to publish articles. It's fairly likely not the top players...

That's just a waste of time. Instead of one site that needs backlinks, you're essentially multiplying the number of sites that need backlinks.
