Which part of "doesn't do anything" did you not understand?

Maybe if you're targeting something like Yandex or Baidu, although I'm not sure if the Russian giant is still using them.

Google's search engine doesn't do anything with meta keywords, but when one of your competitors searches in the same niche they can see the keywords you're trying to target.

I can't decide if this is an attempt at humor, or a serious question. I could believe that this particular user doesn't even realize that every piece of HTML is a tag, but it seems unfair to assume...
