Thanks, spelling corrected! working on the parse errors... I agree I thought it would be a nice way to capture and deliver rather than other methods I see...

Ok, so I found out where to slow things down but if you look now thats as slow as I can get it... I went from 10 to .1 lol unless i'm missing something I too still find it a little quick... I can...

Appreciate all the input - white space at header was something I was trying to figure out couldn't get why it was there but yes we found it.. I removed the RSS feed icon and currently trying to find...
