I just tried mailchimp and it's like a miracle, I fell in love with it! :)

How could I not try this kind of great service so far in my 7 years of internet marketing and programming career.

But think about it like that:

let's say my website is: mydomain.com and all these subscribers subscribed my form in mydomain.com ... And what if I send email to them via my support@mydomain.com...

I got almost 1000 subscribers now. I will send my first email to them to promote a product, what's the best way to send mass email to them? Should I just send by using BBC field with my own domain's...
