If you're hosting a wordpress blog and install the SEO all in one plugin, the (on page) SEO side of things are pretty much covered, that is if your keyword research has been done correctly.

Both should be used to compliment each other, in my humble opinion.

Use PPC for a short blast at the begining, while you're waiting for Google to natually index your site. SEO can be a slow...
