I misunderstood the image title comment.

Anyways, it's right back to 40 <h> tags on a single page. That's not really optimized for anything specific.

You could still use CSS to change the font...

An image title isn't going to do much of anything as far as SEO or even traffic, it won't show up as plain text on a Google Cache (text version).

IMO, 40 <h> tags per page is way too much.

The reason I say that is I can get Google to use <h> tags as SERP titles which tells me <h> tags need to be toned down & focus on whatever keyword is...
