Just plug them into the SB proxy window, make sure you tick "Use Proxies" and they'll be used for everything you do inside of SB.

Haha. Yeah. 5-10 private / shared proxies is more than enough for me. Even with the large workload.

The proxies built into Scrapebox are pretty awful and die REALLY fast.

There are footprints you can use in the search harvester to find recently updated proxies and lists that can be cleaned...

Once a month. I get by just fine with 5-10 a month. And I use SB pretty heavily.

Public proxies are generally OK for everything aside from commenting. Although they can produce a lot of errors. For example, the blog analyzer tends to "fail" on a lot of URLs and work perfectly...

What are you going to use them for? I use them mainly for the search harvester. Everything else I prefer private proxies. But they still work just fine. Just need to find a good source for...
