You're correct on the "goodwill" thing - and you're right on the money on him being an advertising channel in the community, he already mentioned that his brother is looking to have anew website done...

Yes, it definitely a barter deal that I have going on with this prospect, but I believe this deals have to be worked out the right way in order to be fair for both parties.
