Why would all the outbound links be no follow? Links out and links in are the most organic thing possible and it is prefferes to link out (prefferably to big relevant sites - that could be your own)....

The inner linking plays a hefty role as well. Hubpages and other huge sites have it down tight.

Check your main page, if PR juice is "leaking" unneccessarily etc.

Just a thought ;)
