Well, if you want to create multiple ads and tracking multiple sub ids, then use multiple subdomain for ads link. 1 subdomain = 1 subid. So you will know which ads convert.

I got the idea. They can't see your ads because geo redirection make them see the wrong ads, so they will disapprove your ads. If me, I will use mydomain.com than redirect to origanal page of offer...

Now facebook not allowed affiliate link. Just create a landing page for your CPA offer and use your landing page url in facebook ads.
