Same way I did it... I still had results, definitely.. just not as drastic as I did with not interlinking. Perhaps I messed up testing it out.

I have found, especially in the last 4ish months, when you interlink it isn't as powerful. That is just my own results, tested this out on a couple sites, no keyword in the domain, same keywords,...

No, if you link wheel anything there is a decay factor. Don't interlink the sites. Just do a link push
