thanks, i have contacted paypal, they asked me to liaise with this guy before i escalate to them.

i have just filed a dispute in paypal against the guy.
hope i can at least do something to stop this guy from scamming ppl.

i have tried to ask for proof but he did not bother but just say he blast some 500 edu links to my site. and i asked my fren who are better in seo to check the backlink for me, there are only around...

yes, it exceeds 30 days and i gave him extra 10 days to at least let me see that there is some improvement but none.
