It is working now.
If you work with LeadImpact, don't change the prosper generated landing page url. Set "Keyword Pass-Through" option in LI.

Thank you for the answer.
As I understand there are two options to track: landing page CTR and keywords conversion.

1. In CPC Ads - do I have to use link from Step #6 in both cases?...
