This is a great place to do that and get some free exposure. Hope YouTube allows this.

You can also use articles to get some free traffic.

Paid media will probably get you faster results.

I think that most people will use I-Tunes rather then buying it from you.

Why don't you go on Google and Yahoo and do paid ads there? Then you can add purchase binaural beats as your primary...
