That same site's TLD has a Google PR of 0 (zero)

while of course 0 is better than N/A, it is nothing to brag about, also Goolge PR does not determine who is #1 either.

FBI comes in at #3 with their PR 5 page and over 600 links
but #1 is PR 0...
