If you want to keep doing confirmed opt-in, there is no need to stop if it gives you the kind of results that you want. I tend to prefer single opt-in because if favors me better than confirmed...

Use single opt-in but do not put your free offer on the thank you page. Make sure you send the free report (ebook) to their email. So even if they are interested in your free report (ebook) they...
