As far as I can tell, you need to make a new field called:

Payment Variable Information URL

And enter this code into it (already includes your form variables):...

Try this:

List Settings > Web Form
Click Get HTML for the list you need integrated.

If you post the HTML at the bottom of the pop-up(not the script at the top), I may be able to help you.

I don't use Aweber(yet).

Can you post an example of the Form code it gives?
