Does Facebook Really Hate Affiliate marketers?

I see a lot of people saying how FB comes down on affiliate marketers, refuses to approve ads...etc

Then how come many are killing it in FB doing the very things others are getting slapped for?

Granted, some big names with personal Ad managers may have an advantage, but FB loves affiliate marketers...We make them money.

They key is the experience of the customer.

FB ads to direct offer is not always the best route.

FAB Ads to tab to opt in to content rich landing page for example is a basic funnel that enhances the customer experience as opposed to click here and buy my shit.

At least this is what I have found.

FB doesn't hate anyone... they just don't want people who don't follow their TOS, just as with any other network out there.

Follow their TOS and you should be fine.

And many affiliate marketers are doing awesome on FB... I'm one of them.

But you've got to control the process, at least initially <--- This is gold

      True...I agree with you.

But there are a ton of folk who think FB hates them.

Just a shame most folk won't bother reading the TOS.

      Cheers

For sure terms of services are made for everyone whether affiliates or not. Why would they mind money coming to them? Actually you are true there are many who won't go with TOS and then in the end there finding would be that FB does not like them. The same goes for everything and not only FB.

Once you read and follow their TOS, there are some strict rules, but still affiliate marketing is done with facebook.
You may not post affiliate links, but you can get many clients from there.

The only ones who think {Facebook|Google|Bing|Etc} hates them are the ones who have no concept of TOS and those who aren't smart enough to think for themselves and understand WHY these platforms have issues with SOME affiliate marketers.

Facebook is about the "User Experience" so when there are a bunch of ads flashing in front of a users face, it hinders the experience. However they do need to make money so they have to find the right balance between the two. For small time affiliates its easy to unapproved an ad or ban an account because the know they are getting their money from the bigger companies putting up ads for branding etc. Putting a direct aff link in FB is a big NO no. You want to send clicks to fresh domain never used on FB with a cloaker so that way FB reviewers get sent to your safe page while everyone else gets sent to your landing page which has your aff links on it to your offer page.

Facebook doesn't hate anyone not even affiliates, they want as many people using their site as possible, however, they have to set a standard and maintain a certain level of quality that has seen them become one of the leading social media platforms in the world. You can without doubt be successful on Facebook but you just need to have a good strategy under your belt. For example, what I have seen some people do is post the same link every 10 mins leading to them getting reported and Facebook wiping their accounts out not long after. Also there will be more regs that will sure to be added by FB in the future but in my opinion it's all about being able to adapt - FB are just pushing for quality advertising appearing on their site not rubbish or things like spam.

To me, FB does hate us marketers. Facebook jail, posting in groups are all under the microscope from FB. Even FB ads are not always accepted. I would imagine it takes a lot of work to master Facebook marketing. If anyone knows how, I would be open for suggestions
