Facebook targetting from outside u.S

I'm in India,and I have a $10,000 per month coaching program-so I obviously need to target high income people(fitness).
Unfortunately,the income targetting is not available in India nor is the custom audiences.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to go about it?

    Here's a little suggestion:
    go to settings in your Facebook account and set your language to English US
    (otherwise you can't get audience insights) Then check this link:
    https://www.facebook.com/business/ne...ience-insights
    Once you have a Audience Insights account, you can target your group
    when it comes to niche and income. Success!
