Hello!

I would be wary of any person or company that offers followers in exchange for money. On social media, quantity is not nearly as important as quality. You may get a lot of followers, but they're not going to engage with your content at all. Plus, if someone looks at your list of followers, it will probably be obvious that they're not organic. Your best bet is to create Twitter lists, follow some people who have really great Tweets, interact, re-Tweet, & signup for e-mails with top Tweets to help you branch out more.

I agree with Lindsay, don't ever buy social followers. Use IFTTT.com and create a recipe to add people to Twitter lists. This will grab a bunch of followers. Here's a post from one of my friends about how to do it Twitter following

But stay away from buying followers. That'll just hurt you.

Hi! You would better not buy followers, as in most cases they are not real. Try to generate traffic and gather followers in the way of posting interesting content for example. You can also search people by interests using Followerwonk, etc.
