Hello,
I have a small business offline service here I. The U.K.! It involves me spending time with clients effectively 60 minutes at a time.

I have a Facebook business page and do do marketing as in articles, videos etc and drive the traffic to my homepage or sometimes a squeeze where we often giveaway offers for new clients..

My question is in the adverts capacity.. I need advice and help..
I have done a few Facebook ad campaigns with the advert manager but need someone that is very good at it to help me..
I was told you could advertise to people that have liked a SPECIFC page (only) but when I'm creating ads I can only add major interests in the advert box not small local businesses..

Could someone on the forum please help me create a campaign or/and advice me on a software to help make the ads more efficient..

I would like if possible to optimise it with an Instagram ad promotion, but I don't here many people talk about Instagram ads..

Please let me know if anyone could advice or guide me with the Facebook

    Personally I would do this manually a couple times, then you can try softwares.

    In your business ad manager, you should click on audiences insights. If you don't have a business ad manager account.

    Go to google and type: Facebook audience insights. You should see a post from Facebook talking about it, scroll to somewhere near the bottom and click on the blue button that will take you there (make sure you are already logged in to your ad account.

    I am assuming you have an ad account. If you are still struggling to find it. Go to YouTube and type in Facebook audience insights and try and look for videos in 2015 and 2016.

    Audience insights should you data on pages in FB such as demographics, work, shopping habits and much more. This will help you

      The main thing I wanted to do
      Would I be able to target people that have like a specific page in my local area with Facebook ads..

      When I went to target people that liked this specific page in the likes I couldn't pull the page up? It only allowed me to pull up vey broad likes?

      Is this something to do with Facebook changing policy? As I remember seeing someone that targeted their Ads at people that had only liked specific pages that were small specific Fb business pages

    Yes targeting facebook users that have liked a specific page is possible, and I do use that to gain good conversions. What actual issues are you facing can you elaborate that.

    Is the page that you want to target no appearing when you are searching or something else?
