Anyone Still Working With Facebook Pages?

I would like to know if people are still making money using Facebook Pages to send traffic on websites such as Viral9 and other websites etc.

    Depends on you model and your product / service.

    I sell products but i never bother going direct from fb to my site with random people. Sure you can target fb ads, but even with that you havent built up trust. If you have a free offer that is really good sure send people to your page via fb.

    I use the model of fb posts or fb advertising to build my email list, then sell them eventually from there. Not sure if that is what others in here do ? Its a better way of building trust, and if you have them on your email list, its better than just not having them at all (ie with a sales ad that doesnt convert on fb)

    Yes viral websites do work but you have to be very quick in publishing and sharing viral news. You can start with PPE ads to boost your fanpages and then start pushing links after you have gained good amount of organic engagements on your posts. Now with good CTR you can easily make good amount of money via adsene and after that you can move to CPM networks like media.net or others.

    There have been many restrictions in the recently by facebook. Huge pages are getting unpublished due to sharing content which does not met FB community standards. Also FB reach on such content has dropped down drastically.

      I think smart work is the key here. I'm using multiple networks like Mylike, Viralaux and V9. Never got any issue. Only point I kept in mind is not to share anything adult, violent or which my page audience will not like. If your audience is liking and sharing your content than your page will be safe.

    Since many people are using Facebook, if your company have a page, it's always better for credibility. It used to drive more traffic to my sites in the past, but it still does.
