You can't sell the page,you don't own it,the page belongs to facebook.if your likes are real and legit so you can sell ads on your page,if your page has a niche better.

That is my understanding as well, you can't sell it. But the more important question might be why would you want to? You have quite an asset there that could earn you income from over time. Research this forum and find the best ways to monetize it. There are a number of folks here who could give you tons of advice and ideas. Search the threads. Pick up a good WSO on how to monetize Facebook pages. Best of luck!

My question, too...... why would you sell it? 120k+ fans? Depending upon the type of FB page, that's a fairly large captive audience. I'd suggest monetizing it via carefully selected affiliate offers. Can you tell us what type of page it is? Maybe we can help suggest monetization strategies. Good luck

My suggestion is that you should not sell that particular page. Because each of every day you are getting more than 500 page likes. That is huge. It's suggest that it would generating more traffic to your site. Then where is the point to sell that? Keep it. It would be worthy.

If the page is really as you described, selling it seems unwise. Try SMM. It might work very well for you. Try making some polls and discussions on what you fb fans are interested about (e.g. apparel, shoes, music, apps, books etc) and come up with interesting affiliate offers.

If it is a *parody* account, simply contact the real Singers management|agent|PR company, offer them 120k new (some dupes!) fans for the Artist... they will:

1) Bite your hand off
2) Bite your arms off
3) Love to point the Parody fans to the Real fanpage

By the way, if the *real* artist has not got a good Social Presence, offer to run your FP for them on a "Social Consultancy" fee

Dude! That's an easy one to monetise ...

1. Go to sites like Amazon for example (and there is plenty more!)
2. Create an affiliate account...
3. Choose all the products that relate to the famous person of your fan page
4. Create a free Wordpress site of your own
5. Post all your Amazon affiliate offers on there on several page categories
6. Post the links on your FB Fan page subtly by talking about the famous person and subtly adding a link or putting a shortened URL on a picture
7. look for other affiliate sites like ASOS where you can promote higher ticket items they may have worn, used, driven etc etc
8. in addition advertise on websites or Forums like this to advertise peoples pages or products to your fans for a fee.

Remember mix your posts, do not just post ad after ad and keep them subtle and keep the posts interactive.

Be careful adding another admin... get the rights wrong and they could turn YOUR account off! and you will lose the page to them.

I would keep it for sure it's an easy one to make money from.

You can do a lot. If you need quick money sell it. If you want to make passive income keep it and monetize it somehow. You can advertise a squeeze page and build a email list to market to later or you can simply use the page to drive traffic to your website. You could even have people pay you to advertise their website on your page. You can do a lot of things with a Facebook page with that many likes. I suggest you look into a way to monetize it instead of selling it.

These are all over ebay and other sites. They are a dime a dozen. Since you don't really "own" the page, you can't actually sell it. However I sold one that had over 12,000 fans by giving the buyer my username and password. After I did it, I regretted it though. Someone can get your account canceled and you'll go through hell getting it back again. I was lucky, but...

You can not sell your likes you should not either. But you can use this huge number of likes in some other beneficiary way. There are some suggestions above. Or buy a domain open a site and drive your fans to your site as traffic. You will have good business I guess.

Is it really legal to sell a Facebook account? I've heard of people getting in trouble with Facebook when found out for selling accounts.
