I wouldn't buy this software. I bought it, and the upgrade.

The coupons system wasn't working. I used various accounts to put in leads, and only the first few showed up then stopped. For some reason it took an hour for those to come through, so no telling whose database they are sitting in now.

The "free" method of posting a FB Lead Ad is only a temporary loophole, that they are already closing. I also could not boost any of the posts that used this method.

The only good thing was autoresponder integration, but like I said, it took the leads an hour to get to the autoresponder. Very fishy, and not useful if someone is wanting to download what they signed up for immediately.

Sent in support tickets, but no answers..

No training videos, an unfinished product and terrible support. That's what you get with this product.

Then to top it all off, when I asked about these problems in the Facebook group, they deleted my posts. Then when I brought it to the other members attention that my posts were being deleted, they kicked me from the group.

Another hurried, fluffed up product that doesn't deliver. Overall concept seems good, maybe another more respected vendor can reproduce it and make it work.

Andrew Darius the creator of the software also created another product a while back. A real bug monster! This will likely turn out the same. It sticking with Connect Leads.

Thanks for taking the time to share your comments about SyncLeads. I am quick to consider that there may be some miscommunication between you and the Explaindio team.

1) SyncLeads have proven themselves with reliable support for most their products namely the Explaindio video maker and the Explaindio Video FX.
They have a brand to keep up and I'm sure they won't slack for this either.

I would presume that it's just a slight issue with delays due to the SyncLeads launch. With the launch of a new product, their support team would probably be strained but you can likely expect a response to your question soon.

2) I cannot verify your purchase else we could try to help you contact the JV team and see if they can answer your questions. You didn't purchase through our bonus link right?

We typically ensure to help those who purchase through our bonus link with any support questions we can help with; if not we'll direct their inquiries to the right individual at the product end. We only promote product we believe will help people and SyncLeads is such. We firmly believe SyncLeads is a premier Facebook lead generation tool.

3) SyncLead has sold 1000 copies within days of being released. That means there are 1000s of other stakeholders with the SyncLeads software. You can expect them to continue improving the SyncLeads software; if the issues are not isolated then it would be quickly resolve.

In effect, take safety in knowing that there are many who will be relying on this software so it has to work and do what it says.

Having some some computer science courses in university, I know software can be very temperamental and even a fully completed product can be hard to be free of glitches.

We've done a lot of Facebook Ads and we know Facebook is a powerful tool for lead generation with the exception of the lack of this bridge software. (although I still find leads from Google edge out Facebook quality slightly). The Facebook ads policy however depends on a couple of things; I think it may be more so to your Facebook content than the software usage. I'd recommend contacting Facebook support for that aspect.

Sync Leads is fully compliant to Facebook much like the upcoming Lead Tunnels. What you mentioned about the deleting of Facebook comments on their Facebook page sounds interesting though; do you mind copying and pasting your post on this Forum thread so we can see the potential reason why it was done so (maybe it was too confrontational rather than constructive.)

They also created Explaindio Video Creator, Explaindio Pro, Explaindio Video FX all of which in recent times have been very useful and effect software that people use still today.

Bugs are hard to be fully resolved but I'm sure with the sizable launch, you can be assured the software will work mostly seamlessly. The SyncLeads demo seems good.

it's been months since this was launched. Can anyone tell me if it's working correctly now?
