I just started with Chitika a few days ago and all my sites bring in a lot of traffic. There are 2 main problems I have noticed with this company that may have me "abandon ship"

1. Their support is very slow. It's been 48 hrs since I sent a support ticket and still no response. The 866 number for customer support is never available and always goes straight to voicemail. Doesn't seem too professional.

2. Worst of all, the reporting is extremely basic. I have 10 websites in Chitika currently, each one getting around 500-3k in traffic per day, yet I can only run reports for a basic overview ALL SITES and cannot segment by website to see what each one is making. This seems really ridiculous and basic for a company like Chitika who has been around for such a long time.
