Looking for an expert domain flipping/selling partner/team at 50% commission

I would like to sell 30 domain names as early as possible.


Why I need a partner?I could not build sites on the names by virtue of the following reasons-

(1)I have almost no tech. knowledge to design the sites myself

(2)I have not enough money to outsource the work.

The domain names are two words and bear .com only

Most of them are keyword rich, a few are not keyword rich but easy to remember and nicer to look at ,sweeter to hear

Many of them have pr and almost all have good amount of back links.


N.B. I heard that if I can earn $100 monthly from a domain, it may easily be sold at $1000 on the site like flippa.com

I think that earning that amount of money from a site won't be so difficult if the site is properly designed. But designing is number 1 barrier to my way to go .So I need a reliable expert partner who will help me sell the names and who will consider the domain names as his/her own, why?

Because I will give you 50% commission from both site earning and site/domain selling ,even I won't use my ad code on any site ,you will use your own ad code on all sites. You need not spend any money on anything except your domain selling strategy and a little bit of designing skill.

N.B. I already have hosting account with justhost.com where all sites may be hosted,but please use 301 redirect to redirect the old traffic to your new built sites.

In need, I will transfer all the domain names in a secured system recommended by you so that both of us are sure to get 50% from all kinds of earning

N.B.It would also be better to get a customer who may buy all together.
N.B.My main purpose is to sell the domain as early as possible as I need urgent money ,designing is just a part of that.
