Hi Dave,

What is the difference between co-creating and taking 50% or simply promoting and taking 50%? I am just asking as I am about to finish a new product and launch it (VERY INNOVATIVE - NOTHING LIKE THIS OUT THERE OF SUCH HIGH QUALITY!!!) - So I was curious as I invested thousands (Thats the sales page alone lol, let alone the rest) - And it really is an easy sell, so how comes you wouldn't want to take advantage of someone else's hard work and promote?

If I pick you to promote my product, I would need an agreement that you wont get any cut untill you achieve a spacific number of sales. If you agree, this will show that you actually know what you're doing and I would be very interested in becomming partners. And will then PM you.

Dave, I just finished a product in the IM niche that is not yet launched. What can you bring to the table in terms of promotion? I am not sure I understand your proposition?

It seems you want someone to make a product, then you promote it and take 50% of the commissions, even if that person makes sales on their own?

Do you have a list? If so how big is it? What kind of relationship do you have with it? Do you have a high traffic site? If so what are the stats? How can you promote the product?

I created a great product and I do NOT suck at sales, but I suck at trying to figure out where to start with marketing. BUT I can surely sell you on our website, conversions, and most importantly the actual product itself. I am a real estate investor day to day, and have been successfully doing it for 4 years. (you can read our story on the website, and it's all true). Spring of 2009 we introduced a short sales training program here in Chicago, sold the training for $4,000 and you can bring a partner. It lasted 6 weeks, twice a week. People loved it. However, we soon realize that we are not "gurus", we are real estate investors and entrepreneurs, and we are too honest. I couldn't deal with people paying us $4,000 and they don't want to work and think its a magic bullet and all of a sudden they are rich. I gave them all the tools, time, training and resources to succeed yet they couldn't even provide us with a weekly report on what they did that week to grow their business.

So, long story short. my wife came in my office one day and says "look what I did!" and plopped a 152 page book on my desk? she said, in between deals over the past month or so ive been writing this, I think we can sell it on the internet. I was blown away. She took ALL of her tricks and tips and put them together in one ebook in pdf. It included all the documents, contracts,letters,templates we use in our short sales business every day. I added some things to it, and came up with the name, hot damn short sales. Had a great ring to it! she said, okay, now sell it on the internet and let's make some more money, we have a baby on the way ya know!

So I got to work on finding a designer, copywriter, all that fun stuff. I found our actual documents from our closings and deals and put it all together, and NOW here we are, we are LIVE!!!! ready to launch officially.

So now, I am looking for partners to join us in promoting a great product from a REAL investor and entrepreneur.

We are getting great feedback on the site from seasoned vets and warriors, in fact one of the members bought a copy of himself already! I have a "free version" and the full version available.
