Looking for your input on JV Program Structure...

Hi gang - I have a question I want to run past you all...

I'm currently building a JV program with a well-known internet marketer, and we're attempting to do things in a different way than usual.

We're looking for your input...

Most of the stuff we're seeing out there (in the JV world), seems to be all about the producers (ie, me and my partner) ramming another product down the pipe come launch time and trying to force a fit within the JV Partner's (ie - your) business.

We realize that paying a high commission is important (which we do), and we realize that making it easy for you to promote is important (we have a whole TON of tools to provide). And we know that prompt and timely payment is NOT an option - it's just the way we do business.

But what I really want to know is, would you rather be contacted with every new launch? Or would you rather work with a JV manager who takes the time to get to know you and your business, and who wants to try and find a fit between his line of products, and your current business promotions? Would you rather be directed to a page containing a bunch of JV tools that you can copy+paste into your promotion? Or would you rather have some custom tools developed just for you and your particular line of business?

I'd greatly appreciate any input you might have here. We THINK we're on the path of something pretty darned cool here - but we'd love some warrior feedback before we go too much further with our promotion of this JV program.

And if you have any questions - feel free to ask!

Thanks in advance for your help!

- Mark.

    Simply put.....

It all comes down to the relationship, accountability, ethics and quality.

Wow... I couldn't agree more with Sean.

It's the personal interest in my role as a partner.

You want to have a relationship with your peers not just a "here promote my stuff" kind of approach.

      just my two cents

OK! This is great to hear, guys!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm always keen to know if I'm on the right track. I have to say, for me, when I promote our JV program, it's ALL about the relationship - why? Because that's the way *I* want to do business. Not as a number, but as a person, as a business-owner who has a unique set of challenges.

And that's how I try to promote our JV programs: as something that we can build off a relationship; something that fits in your business. Not just "yet-another-please-mail-for-me" plea...

Thanks again guys! I'm glad to know we're on the right path here!
