JV for the right programmer, world class opportunity!

I am looking for an experienced programmer in:
PHP
Wordpress
Java
App building across Android/IOS/Blackberry
API's
Using my ten + years of online marketing I have developed a model that produces applications that are truly game changing, but I don't have the technical ability to complete them.
To that end I am looking for someone to work and grow with the company as a JV, I'm offering an equity position (based on experience) to the right guy/girl, along with a monthly profit share.
These sites are not run of the mill they will be 7 figure sales on exit.
