Seeking Partner In Chatroom Venture

I am seeking a partner in a IM chatroom that I started but don't have the time to really market/run it day to day.

Its InternetMarketingChatroom.com The idea came from starting a good old chatroom where IMers can talk openly and discuss ideas and whatnot. It could be a great income generator for adsense or advertising once it gets going. I have already done a decent amout of research and there and no big chatrooms like this around. And I have some great ideas to get it popping.
