I need a beautiful web design ( wordpress platform ) for travel website. How much?

I have a client that needs some websites built. Here is the info.
1. I need a web site where someone can upload a picture and then the server will run an algorythem on the picture and then take them to a page were then can do Very basic editing, ie change the color pallet and that's it. Then then need to be able to download or share the pic to their facebook page.
2. A website for a micro publisher. What's a micro publisher? It's a publisher who only has a few books. I have already bought a template to use for each book. All I need now is the basic front page that takes you to each book along with an info/about us page.
3. A used cars for sale site. A home page, info/about page, inventory page and then a product page for each car. I'm sure there is a template out there that we can use for this and then customize it to taste. It needs to be stupidly easy to edit and add cars.
4. A couponing blog.
5. Storefront for drop shipped items. Intro page and then right into products, click on products add to cart and pay. I need the same thing for three different genres.
