| This isn't SEO fodder - it’s writing with purpose and personality. And it won’t be for everyone.
If you pay $5 for an article and you're happy as long as it passes Copyscape...this won't be for you. If you obsess over keyword density above all else...this won't be for you. But what if you want articles with personality and humor - written for people to actually read, not for Google's spiders to crawl over? Then we should talk. Read on to find out how to get a free consultation! Who am I? I'm a writer. And because writers have an ego, I want people to read and enjoy my stuff. I can't imagine anything more depressing than pumping out 'content' for SEO, knowing that as long as it's original it doesn't matter if it's good. Urgh. I've written for major news outlets. I've written two books. I ran a PR agency for 4 years. I write two blogs, just for the fun of it. I love to write, and I can't help injecting personality (and a few bad jokes) into everything I do. Here comes the surprising part... "If I had more time, I would have written a shorter letter" - Blaise Pascal I don't charge by the word. Why would you want to pay by the word? That encourages padding and waffling, instead of saying what needs to be said as pithily as possible.
And more important than the word count? They'll be written with personality and precision by someone with marketing experience who's - frankly - being paid enough to give a damn about delivering something great for your business. Let's talk special introductory Warrior-only pricing: Articles/blog posts (any topic): $30 (with the keywords of your choice included naturally, not forced to hit a certain density) Press releases: $75 (and we're talking actual press releases, with thought-through angles to appeal to the press) Website content: $30 per page for a total re-write (taking existing content/ideas and making it a zillion times better) - case-by-case if it involves research about your company and market Want something longer, like an ebook or an email autoresponder series? Shoot me a line and we'll work something out. I’ll be putting up my rates for new customers soon - so place an order now, and I’ll reward your loyalty by keeping you on the current pricing structure forever. Want to place an order? Email writingforwarriors@gmail.com, and post below so I know to look out for it. 100% will be payable upfront by Paypal, but I also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not bowled over with what I write for you, I don't want your money. It's sample time! A selection of press releases written for clients An article about music startups for Wired A piece about packing for travel on my own blog An article about piracy for Huffington Post A press release for a skateboarding rabbi A post about real estate networking on my own blog I wrote every word on the site of this t-shirt printing company Some of these are pretty straight-ahead, others have got a more defined personality - I can modulate my tone to fit in with an existing blog or website style if needed. Otherwise I’ll just be myself! Ready to place an order? Email writingforwarriors@gmail.com, and post below so I know to look out for it. OK, so about that free consultation... For the first 3 Warriors to post on this thread then send me an email, I'll take a look at your site/blog/service and suggest which direction you should go in with the content - maybe write a couple hundred words as an example. I'd love to do full review copies, but I just don't have the time. Ask any questions below. I can’t wait to start writing some great stuff for my fellow Warriors! |

If you are able to offer a few review copies you would be able to get some warrior reviews. With so many other content writers on the forum, I think you need to get some reviews to establish yourself and 'prime the pump' a bit. You set yourself apart by not offering 'SEO fodder', but you're too new for me to try at $30 for an article with no testimonies. I'd be interested in offering a review for an article, if you change your mind. |

I really like your approach. That is how I wrote my buying guides for my niche sites. Usefulness first, keeping an idea of keywords and keyword density, nothing strict. I didn't keep an eye on word count and I've written 11 and they all end up around 2000 word count anyway That being said: I'd like to outsource now for my next batch of sites. Is this something you're interested in? And if so what is your charge? I have a few examples I can send you in email too. Thanks! |

In the meantime I tried to include as many examples as possible in the post to show what I can do. | |

Awesome! I can confidently have it done by next Monday, but if there's a real need to have it completed sooner I can juggle some things around. Whatever you need!

Cool! Just curious ..no specific rush. I've been testing the waters out and it seems 4 to 7 days is normal for what I'm asking. Thanks!

Just got the article back. WOW! This is great! I'm going to have to talk with you via email to find out perhaps if we can do more work together! That's the short version of the testimonial The long version for the thread-readers out there: Okay just so threadreaders know where I'm coming from before I praise you: To be honest, I wasn't sure how this (outsourcing in general) was going to work. I have 20+ sites up and I did all the content myself. I wanted the content to be a very high quality and only trusted myself to start out with (plus I wanted to learn too) Next on my list is another 40 sites and I realize now, being short on time, I would have to outsource and so I have these guides on each site that is sort of the "bookmarkable" page for each site, this is the one page I want to be of utmost usefulness. And I had written one for each of my sites and, as much as I enjoyed them, it took me a REALLY long time (four hours or so?) to write each one for my first batch sites. So for the next batch of sites I wanted to try outsourcing. Now these are meant to be high quality articles and so far I'm in the process of trying out five different content providers - I've sent what I consider some clear instructions as well as links to the current articles I wrote to see what quality to aim for. So far, one person has written back and for the most part kind of botched it up (but they are re-doing right now). A second person has asked for more clarification for his writing team (like I said, this is not the easiest writing task to handle I figured considering how long it took me to write). You are the third one to get back to me and the article was already immediately "ready to post" without changes - and this is supposed to be a high quality article! Granted I did make a small number of additions/changes to make it suit my own writing style more, and then I posted it. It is really really well written and really good! I will continue to add to it in little pieces but honestly there is no rush considering how well written it is So for you all who are looking for some really high grade quality content, for those who have some difficult writing assignments, from my sample of one RoboCod came through. As far as price, pretty much all the content providers I talked to came through with a price of about $02 per word (or $40 for a 2000 word article). RoboCod's was in that price range as well. Now I am just waiting to get all my other articles from the other content providers to compare, but I have a feelnig RoboCod's will be the best. Thanks for the high quality article!!! (What I did with those four hours I would have spent writing: I put up a new Amazon site!) |
