Optimizepress 2.0 VS InstaBuilder 2.0

I'm someone with no experience in web design wanting to sell on Clickbank and use Aweber for building a list, would you recommend I build my sales and squeeze pages with InstaBuilder 2.0 or Optimizepress 2.0?

I was almost 100% for sure going to buy Optimizepress and then I just came across Instabuilder, and I would appreciate any advice from people who have used both. I don't know which one to buy.

Almost the same question you asked in the previous thread.

I have only messed with instabuilder and have not used Optimize press. I could be off base but from what I see the big difference is that Instabuilder is more for marketing marketing pages, sales pages ect. From what I also understand Optimizepress is for building the same plus sales funnels. My take is that OP is a little more advanced.

In messing the IB, I see no way of making funnels with it.

But on the other hand, if your just doing affiliate marketing, than you don't need a funnel. So IB would b e good for affiliate marketers and OP would be better for product creators.

I am sure others will chime in.

Actually I think I've seen this discussion in the reviews sub forum. Search there, I am sure you'll find more information.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I actually just got done watching a video on Instabuilder and you can do funnels very easily. and skip to about 18:30 and you'll see how. It's for Instabuilder 2 though, maybe you have the first one.

I saw a video where someone had a few sales pages they made with optimizepress that are exactly how I want my pages but I don't know if optimizepress is all he used or not.

I probably will do some affiliate stuff when I'm bored but mainly want to sell my own products, and I want my pages to be nice because I want to be viewed as an authority in my niche, if not the authority in my niche.

My ideas are great, my content is great, I've been through all of my competitors stuff (which I don't really view as competitors since I will probably be selling their stuff to my customers) and it's basically a niche I've been studying and testing religiously for the last ten years without ever even thinking about making my own products or anything. I just needed the help, but it turned out good for me since now I can turn around and help people that are in my old shoes skip ten years and a crap ton of products.

After watching that video I linked above I'm leaning more towards Instabuilder, but I really don't know, I haven't even seen how much it costs yet or anything.

Basically I just want whatever will allow me to create a sales page that looks like a typical Clickbank product sales page. All the vendors use the same layout for a reason, and I want the same layout for the same reason, it works.

If anyone knows what will allow me to create a typical clickbank sales page the easiest please let me know.

Maybe there's something even better for me idk, I just heard of Optimizepress 2 days ago and just heard of Instabuilder like an hour or two ago. I've been procrastinating in marketing because of not knowing how to make a website, but I ended up going through tons and tons and tons of books, seminars, video courses, all sorts of stuff from great marketers, copywriters, persuasive writers, all sorts of stuff and I'm more than ready to finally get the ball rolling.

I was ready to dive in and learn coding and was ready to go to school for it just so I could have a nice sales/thank you/and squeeze page. I was actually planning on going out today and getting a few books because I got paid today but 2 days ago I heard of Optimizepress and now I'm just super pumped that I don't need to spend so much extra time learning how to code, which I still actually will learn a little coding.

This is the first forum I ever signed up to and I've only been here for 2 days so I'm not sure how to easily find stuff, especially help for specific questions I have for my specific problems, that's why I post here asking for help from whoever is willing to help and has something to say that they know will send me in the right direction.

Sorry I type so much, I'm just kind of excited to finally be able to get started. I've been putting my ideas of for a very long time because I though I was going to need to teach myself web development, and I've been putting that off, and it turns out it was a good thing I was putting it off. Seems like everything is coming together for me perfectly, but we'll see.

Went to Instabuilder.com and it says it's closed, so I guess that means I'm going with Optimizepress.

Now time to watch a million videos.

I also just learned about instabuilder, but since their website is so off-putting it makes me want to steer clear of them. Who makes a product and then just says "sorry, we're closed"? I can't even browse around or read about it, or contact them, or anything. Not to mention, the site is ugly and it proudly claims "Powered by Instabuilder 2.0" If this says anything about their ability to sell a product, then I feel bad for them because they have turned me away, as well as you, and I'm sure we're not the only ones.

Besides "Keep me updated" is a horrible call to action in my opinion. Another thing.. when googling instabuilder, all I find is bad affiliate marketers hyping it up and comparing it to products they admit to not even owning. OptimizePress has a really nice website that establishes trust, unlike this fly by night instabuilder site.

Sorry for the rant. The site just pisses me off. It would be like going to a restaurant and you can see people in there eating, but the doors are locked and say "Sorry we're closed."

Even their message is weird "This is so we can add more features and further enhance the plugin to bring the best experience to the awesome InstaBuilder 2.0 Community." Are they saying that a bunch of people already paid for a lousy unfinished product that is not good enough to sell?

Instabuilder's not bad. You can do a lot with it - even build a reasonable "sales-funnel". Optimizepress is way ahead of it though. Especially the later version 2.0. I had the earlier version, which I wasn't too awfully impressed with but Optimizepress 2.0 is pretty good. I have both versions AND Instabuilder. But I don't know if I have the latest Instabuilder version, (I'll have to check some day, lol)

I think OptimizePress has pretty good training videos as well... I'm not sure because I never looked at them. I do know one thing for certain - you can build a sales funnel with Optimizepress.

There are 2 versions of Optimizepress 2.0. One is installed as a Plugin - the other as a WordPress "Theme". I use the Plugin version because I want to use my own theme. I imagine either works about the same.

If you have the money - your best bet, in my opinion, is Optimizepress.

Awesome! Thanks a lot for the reply man. I've never used wordpress before but I'll keep in mind to install Optimizepress as a plugin so I can look into themes. Do you know of any themes that I would want? I'm only going to be using it for sales page, thank you page, and squeeze pages. I have plans for a membership site but I want to get some experience with my smaller ideas before I start that up.

Thanks again for the reply, I really wanted to hear from someone that owned both products.

I agree. I'm glad their site is down though because I think I would have talked myself into getting it, and now the more vids I watch on Optimizepress, the more happy I am that I'm going to own it.
