Separate mobile site v/s Responsive website - After Google Mobile Friendly update
Google always crawls "/m" and "/mobile" directory for mobile search results, if it isn't there it will show crawl errors for those in the webmaster tools that they are returning 404 errors. The thing to be understood here is Google looks for "/m" and "/mobile", doesn't it provide a reason that a separate mobile site is better than responsive?
