Programs to use creating a site?

actually don't care if it's a free or a paid program, i just seeking the best program to use in terms of offer a lot of options and have been used by numerous successful web developers, and thanks in advance

    I think probably softwares like Artisteer can get you started...but in the long run you should learn and use photoshop and dreamveawer as a standard.

      There are heaps of programs to use in order for you to create a website. It'll depend on you which ones you'll be comfortable using. There's Notepad++, Gedit and Worpress which I find the easiest to use.

    To create website you can use HTML editor or CMS. Joomla is the best CMS to create website. You can also use Weebly or Wix.
