site redesign PSD first?

WEB DESIGN

I was thinking of having one of my sites redesigned i was thinking of having a PSD done first and then have some else code it. I've been finding that good coding and design seem not always linked.

Any advice on doing it this way?

Hi, Go to any freelance site and heir some one. Ask them you need a lot revision, they will charge little more for this but you will able to add all your link through hi/her.
