n00b here. Are there any WordPress tools that make simple font & color changes easy?

I'm a total n00b and I don't know a single thing about programming. That said, are there any tools that would make it easy for me to make simple font and color changes to my WordPress website?

I'm hoping there's a WordPress plugin that would make this easy. ideally a plugin that I could remove once I'm done using it.

Any advice?

    If it is Wordpress, most of the themes can be customize. Just select the theme you want and activate it. Some themes have their own panel under Appearance in which you can customize the look and feel of the website.

    I think i know what you need it is a component of a program i would like developed called snippetizer. The module you need does mass file search and replace. Snippetizer does the same for code snippets and replaces code variable in snippet database based on the snippets associated table like Vbasic coding.

    You can search for the color codes and replace it f3 perhaps?
