I am having someone else do my title tags and description tags to my hosting account. Is there any way for them to do this without me giving them full access to my hosting account?

You can just set-up an FTP account which can only access the public folder (usually /public_html/) - this way they'd have limited access.

Or you can send them the relevant files, have them modify them, and then have them give them back to you and you can upload them.

Tristan, thanks for your quick response.

P.S. did you design the Devoted Hosting site? The graphics are great!

You may also consider creating a separate subdirectory or subdomain as a holding area for all of your "development" work. Or use an entirely different web server as a testing ground. Then you can restrict access to that area only while the editing is in progress. Once you are satisfied everything on the test site looks good, you can move a copy of the files to the real website.

Hi ACSkinner, I agree with Tristen. forward the programmer you pages and then have that person email you the completed files and then you upload them to you site directory. That I believe is the best solution that would solve your problem.

    Good luck with your site...
