To Frame or Not to Frame - That is the question

Ok, I am gearing up to upload some pages that are in no way meant to be SEO'd, but from what I understand you can seo frame sites anyway.

I wanted to make a simple template that would allow me to have some video courses to display, and came up with the thought to frame.

Here is an example page:

Your Awsome Video Series

So, as you can see, you can just flip on the left side and go to the next video.

(don't bother watching that video - just used it for filler and to play with the size of the player)

So the questions are:

Do you think this looks good ?

Should I turn the links on the left into some fancy buttons?

Is there anything I should be concerned about by framing these (from the visitors perspective)

There is a control on the player which allows you to blow the vid to full screen should you have a small monitor that will cut it off for some reason.

Oh, I took this from a template which I altered colors on, but I honestly don't know how to change the columns/rows thing properly.

Can anyone give me an idea on which variables I need to change?

I'd like to lower the footer space giving more space to that middle area and perhaps widen it a bit too.

How would I do that?

THanks.

Do really need to have the frame set, I believe you can do it better with a 3 column layout if that is what you want. having menu links on left, video in the middle, and test info on the left. You can also do a 2 column with menu test and video and test info underneath the video. This will help you to build you project without restrictions. frames are a pain, but you could try to give your video frame some more height or add the height to expand, if you want help you can send me code I will do it for you.

      Thanks for taking a look.

What I like about the frame is that the main page does not change or have to reload.

I may have to zip this over to you. I agree - would love just a bit more height perhaps.
