        Honestly....

Learn HTML and CSS, Build a template and reuse...

I would never rely on the code photoshop outputs... but that's just me.

It's so simple to hand code once you learn how to do it.... and the photoshop code isn't the greatest.

You need to use your slice tool and setup slices in your PSD, then use export. you can change the settings as well for how you want it to output.

Image Slicing in Photoshop CS3 | Photoshop Basics

        Again... I recommend hand coding.

        Cheers

Believe me its looks easy enough, but its not easy at all with this site, the guy who programmed this, is a programmer, not a designer and is not good at all with communicating HOW to do this....with his software site...

If I could figure it out, this site would be awesome...........

If you know how to use this site, meaning how to simple and easily prepare the PSD files properly them please let me know.........

  • What fryerben advised is incorrect.

Photoshop can't export to CSS but it can slice the images to tables (that's so early 2000's).

But...Adobe Fireworks can actually export a mockup webpage into basic CSS which is a great way to learn coding.

It works the same way as Photoshop by slicing images. Then you can save as or export to CSS.

Sitegrinder is good for small sites but it outputs everything as Absolutely positioned Div's which isn't ideal. It's a software add on for Photoshop.

    MediaLab :: SiteGrinder 3 :: Home

It's always best to learn CSS the right way though. Lynda.com has great tutorials.

Hmmmm, I just did exactly that 3 or 4 times today in Photoshop............

I mean, it does export to css, I can verify that, it took me a while to find it and figure it out, but it works, on CS4 and CS3 extended...........

Yes, It can be tricky... and I don't really like the css it generates... which is why I like to hand code it...you have full control from the start.

PS does it as table, you will need editor such as Dreamweaver to add you text, also, PS will make the text image.
Better pay $97 one of popular PSD>HTML services out there.

      No,

you can export using Divs and CSS. Not Just tables.

Hes already said he found the feature

Why pay money if you already have photoshop?

read some info on HTML/CSS and save... unless you have $100 to blow.
