My site needs work....

WEB DESIGN

It is a wordpress, first one I ever made. My site just is lacking a lot. It just looks like it could be much better.

Few things I am wanting...The pages (listed in a bar on top) I kind of want to stand out a little more. Also I want it set so I can move my mouse on it and a drop down comes down.

If some one can possibly help me out can you send me a pm? I don't want to leave a direct link to my site on the thread.
