Video gallery within Wordpress?

Hey guys,

My client is looking to put something similar to this on his site:
My iPad Central*|* Latest iPad Videos

It's slightly complicated by the fact that he's using WPRobot to provide most of his content (mixed in with some original articles which I'm providing him with) and he wants this video gallery to be pretty much autopilot.

I haven't designed much with video before - does anyone have any ideas how I can automate something for him?

    I haven't used any plugins that automatically post videos to wordpress but have just found something called my video poster the thing is that it's not free and their site and the plugging appear to being upgraded I couldn't find a buy link only talk of my video poster 2

    Does look like the kind of thing you're looking for though, post videos by keyword or rss feed etc

    Sure there are other options too.

    Hi Karen! I am also just in the midst of trying to find the best way to incorporate a similar video gallery for a client so I popped into this thread. The page source from the example site you included shows they are using a plugin called tubepress. I just searched and downloaded it. I am going to check it out now but just thought I would mention it here in case it helps! :-)

      Yes they're using tubepress.

      I've been using that for a while now on a variety of sites, and consider it a must have.
      It has a good admin section, and you can have it show videos from a specific user, or a specific niche, and countless other choices. You can change the thumbs size, the viewer size, how many videos per page etc etc

      Check it out as I'm sure you'll like it.

        You're not kidding Steve! I LOVE it!

        I was trying out Cincopa with their accompanying plugin and also Viper's Video Quicktags but neither gave me exactly what I was looking for. Also, the free version of Cincopa allowed for maybe 5 videos tops.

        I'm soooo glad I found out about TubePress! It's exactly what I want. I originally wanted to avoid having to use a YouTube account for a video gallery but what the heck! It works and looks great! And I'm just going to set up separate accounts specifically for Tubepress per site.

    Good to know...

    Tho, I feel it's time for bed (I'm in infomercial mode) with everything else I have going on, the last thing I need to be doing is thinking about building a cool video site.

    But thanks for the info, TubePress looks awesome!
