problems with some wordpress plugins

I am having trouble installing some wordpress themes such as flexsqueeze, wpsspire and a couple other ones. when I install them itsays they installed fine but I get 4 really long errors on top that dont go away they stay on every page but you can still play around with the flexsqueeze plugin after this. I would show you the exact errors but I dont have 15 posts yet and i googled this at cant find any info. Any thoughts or fixes for this.
