Can someone recommend the best WP Theme for building basic, but nice looking websites for my local clients.

I specifically need 1 for a small local Frozen Yogurt Store and 1 for a local make your own Crepe Sandwiches.

Just need 1 maybe with video tutorials too - or is that asking too much...LOL

I don't care if it is a paid Theme....just need some suggestions.

    You might consider a developer's license to Builder, Thesis, or Headway. I went with Headway. If you doing a lot of sites, being able to use a familiar starting point, and still be able to customize the look is an important time-saver.

    There are various WordPress themes for creating a basic and nice looking websites (by the way, minimalism in web design is preferrable), so it's hard to recommend one theme. I can recommend you the page you should browse in order to find the WordPress theme you like. Just google Divine Project and choose "Themes" section.

      If you are a developer, you may want to look at Theme Hybrid, Genesis or Thesis.. If you would like some ready made elegant designs, head to elegant themes

        I stumbled across paddsolutions dot com, and I was very impressed with their templates. Extremely well designed and easy to use. Not sure how good their support is, I emailed them and never heard anything back....could be a fluke or it could be indicative of their cs levels.

        Either way, good templates.

    Thesis of course, then apply a skin if you wish.

    Themeforest has some with really decent step by step instructions. Reaction Theme (at themeforest) is really cool, it re-sizes perfectly all the way down to a smart phone screen. The documentation on Reaction is really good, too.
