Let Me Have It... I Know It's Aweful

I have began to get really good traffic to one of my sites: http://www.takeadvantageoffacebook.com but my conversions are not that great. I paid somebody a few months ago for the current layout, but I hate it now.

I want to completely revamp it. I kind of want a wordpress theme with a few static pages and a blog so I can add more content. What ideas do you all have? I was thinking that I want some kind of cartoon character named "The FacebookMoneyMaker" but I have not been able to find anyone that can create the character.

I'll be honest, I suck with design and graphics. So please tell me what you would do in order to increase conversions.

    Hi Rich,
    I have a couple of thoughts on your page.

    First of all, I think the video is too far down the page. By the time I got there, I didn't feel any urge to watch it, so if it helps your case, I don't know it.

    Your grammar and punctuation. Things like, "Facebook, as I'm sure you know is the most popular..." (needs a comma after "know") and "I have put countless number of hours..." (should be "numbers", or just "countless hours"), are common. You have a number of run-on sentences, etc. I realize these are relatively minor issues, but they ARE annoying to people who understand the language, and make you look less educated and professional.

    Once you decide to claim yourself as an expert, you need to immediately back it up. Don't wait until farther down the page.

    IMHO, centered text is for headlines and emphasis, not primary copy.

    Your scarcity tactic doesn't work for me. I don't believe that there's only 11 copies left at this price. Better to simply put a deadline date on the price, and then raise it.

    You need better copy for the bonuses. They just don't sound exciting.
