I just recently got a CPA zip submit offer rolling making me 80-120 a day.. My brain never felt so much dopamine for those couple days until today when I got an email from my affiliate manager stating "Quality Health asked to remove you from this offer. Has anyone got that email before.

I'm purely using Search PPC and nothing else which I thought was comparably good quality traffic, am I wrong??

you aren't wrong, it's just that they get enough from you, so they dont need your traffic any more, this happen the same to me on another offer, the advertiser blacklist me not because or fraudulent or low quality leads, it's just that they get enough traffic from me
just use the same strategy on the same or another offer, I believe you already make it that far, you should know what to do

So do people use numbers instead of actual keywords when tracking?

At least you were not banned. When doing email submits, try using several companies because they will always do that.

Hide your stuff. When asked tell them you dont share your traffic source but its whitehat.

There are generally two reasons an advertiser will remove you from an offer.

It is possible that the advertiser is swiping your keywords....you always want to cloak where your traffic is coming from so that cannot happen.

It is also possible that despite the fact you are using legitimate means of promoting, your leads are simply not converting for the advertiser.

Not sure that there is an accurate method to know which is the real reason...if you check in google and see the advertiser is now advertising using your keywords, then I guess you would have your answer.

It hurts when you think you have found something that will bring you ongoing results, and it gets taken away. Try using a similar offer.

Additional reason, there are may be some possibilties that the leads you brought to the advertisers didn't bring any sale beside they were losing money for you, few times are okay but 30 or 40 times will be a big trouble.
just like Robyn8243 said, your leads didn't convert, so they just simply removed you before they lose some money for you. Sometime they even request the network to remove your account, just a phone call or an email said you bring fraud leads to them, and then you are done. that's even worse because you lose all of the money you already made with them and the commision from other campaigns too.
