  • Find a network with the Yahoo toolbar. Very common toolbar and legit so most people will trust them
  • Kyle, thanks for the suggestions. I looked around and there are several people/companies offering a payout for the download. Most of them seem to be at $1.00 per US download (no other countries)...

    Can anyone attest to the legitimacy of any particular network? I haven't heard of any of the companies I've found so far.

      How quick do you need a solution?

      My programmer is working on a nifty piece of software that you may find
      fits what you're looking for. It is not a toolbar download. The software
      itself is monetized and while it's really for business use, it also provides a
      valuable freebie irrespective of what niche your group is in. The free
      gift the software produces is also monetized. Please pm me if you're
      interested in knowing more. I'll rough out a few questions just to see if I
      think it will be a good fit for what you're trying to achieve.

  • Another conduit suggestion here - it is free and well featured.
  • Conduit certainly would be a great start...however with a list of over 2 million, why don't you start a newsletter? This is still the most effective way to stay in touch with your users and they won't feel overwhelmed. Put it out monthly, make it content rich with cloked affiliate links. People install/unistall toolbars all the time, and if they're like me, they won't waste their time with it.

  • Offer a free product that many of them will be interested in (group related) then create either a upsell low cost product or a low cost membership site and offer a free trial period -depends on the amount of content you can produce.
