What are the best cpc and cpm programs

Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone knows of the best proven cpc and cpm publisher ad networks that have a proven record of paying out on time?

    There are numerous cpm and cpc ad networks that are well run businesses and very reliable - for a start take a look at Google AdSense, Tribal Fusion, ValueClick Media, Casale Media, Burst media, and AdConion, but there are plenty more.

    All the networks I list on AdBalance (in sig) are reputable and pay on time every time.

    CPC: Google adsense (the best), Chitika, Bidvertiser etc.

    CPM: Casale Media, TribalFusion, ValueClick Media, CPX Interactive , Burst Media etc.
