AD NETWORKS

I have a question.
I know that people have been signing up to my page
But i can see many click but no money on my account on CPAWay?
How can i see if it is CPA or CPL that i am getting paid for?

  This does means that a conversion pixel is only fired when some completes the registration form on the second page and submits it .
  
  complete lead generation process is also same he goes through all the reg process ..

It maybe due to the fact that the people clicking aren't from the countries the offer allows.

Norwegian, Im not sure what kind of budget your on, or what your technical knowledge is, but perhaps you could setup a geo-targeting script to serve ads based on your visitors country.
