GEOIP base web site for CPA

AD NETWORKS

I want to build new wordpress base web site which will show the content as per visitors country, for example if visitor is from the US then visitor will receive the US base offers only and if visitor is from London then visitor will receive the content from UK base offers, I know currently content locking having this facility but I would like to know, if its possible for the simple E-mail submission or first page submission offers or not?

  I have just googled and found out the wordpress plugin which allows to redirect on geoip base but not sure, if its working or not. If any body already used this plugin then please share your experience, it will help us
